need new rim for this tire size because of offset was thinking about a 13" thanks

Good luck finding a 13" wide rim...(Unless it's a 12" with beadlocks) 10" would be the most popular and works fine for many people. 12" is slightly wider than M/T recommends, but is gaining popularity fast.

You can go 10 or 12, but I certainly would recommend double beadlocks (especially with the 12").
