drag radial wheel size

at present i have 325-50-15 drag radials on 12x15 welds.. i would like to put 315-60-15 on to the rims,, i checked mt website and it says that the 315 are to be used up to 11 inch rim.. can i safely use them on the 12 inch rim

I wouldn't do it myself, but I have seen a 275 on a 12! But there are plenty of 315's on 12's out there.

Don't know how it worked, someone on here just posted some pics of them mounted on a 12. It looked crazy!
