I was just talking with my friend that i race with he has a 95 mustang pro stock style car that we are trying to place into a class.

Its a tube frame strut 4 link car 598 inch BB ford g force 5 speed MW rear. I'm assuming the only class we will get it to fit in is prolly a 10.5w class what wheel is best to use on these tires since i have little to no experience with these cars 12's with double locks or do you go with the 10's?

I'm assuming the 12's would be best to expand the sidewalls on the slicks

Any input will be appreciated

Thanks Mike

If you're running the 33X10.5W use at least a 14" wide rim. Some of the Outlaw guys use a 16" wide rim. That little tire gets even smaller at high speeds. You want the contact patch as wide as possible.

If it does not have stock front frame or suspension the only classes he is legal for is prostreet or pro5.0

I'm assuming to fit into the other classes it needs to go to factory style struts and mounting points ?

The guys I race with are using 12-14 inchers.
