So i am having some trouble trying to find somewhere to mount my A2W intercooler in the engine bay. 4gen camaro core support is cut. Wanted to mount the turbo in the pass side air inlet. The I/C is a PT2400. I have decided to run a PT88 turbo so the outlet is a 3". The I/C inlet is a 4" so going to weld a 3" in place of it. Problem is this thing is so big i cant really find anywhere to mount it and still have room for the turbo, icechest, and radiator. Anyone have any pics of their mounted under the hood?

the 2400 type ic's weigh about 55lbs empty and 80lbs with water, i wouldnt recommend mouting that anywhere in the engine bay, besides the fact their is just no room for it, that extra weight in the front is gonna suck,

Would there be a big pressure drop going from the 3" inlet to the 4" outlet though?

4" doesn't hurt, just run a reducer coupling. Burkhart makes a cool bolt-in bumper piece that would be good for mounting your core up front, if you want it there.
