carb issue

i have an 89 ranger with a 302 bored .30 over,f303 cam,performer intake,750 holley #77 jets up front and 77 rear,4000 stall converter with shift kit. my problem is i get to about 3500 and the motor flutters. i have changed the secondary springs,tried smaller jets,changed plugs,cap,rotor,etc. it drives good at low speeds but if go from a dead stop with it to the floor it flutters does anyone know of a cure.

sounds like a lean bog to me i would try more pump shot .......just a guess .....ask chris in the n/a forum he might be better able to help you
